As much as it pains me to leave these dogs, I've come to realize rescues have to quit buying these auction dogs. For every dog a rescue thinks they are saving, they are condemning many more to a life of hell.
I hope rescues that buy auction dogs are satisfied with themselves knowing they are part of the problem and not the solution. |
I agree with this.
And I think it is sad that if you speak your mind about a rescue you are banned.
It is a public organization. People should have this knowledge-people should own up to mistakes and try to work to change them. I have read where many YT people bought from pet stores or byb's before they were educated on the topic. We all learn. And when owned up too and a change made for the better-there is much less fault, and people are more apt to forgiveness. To ban members just drives the secrecy of the organization. JMO
