My stepson Yorkie had to have surgery for that. and she is a jumper too. She is all better now. She hasn't had any more problems with her legs. It's hard to keep her still for the 2 week after the surgery. She came though it just fine. And her knees did the same thing. i don't know what you can do to stop the jumping other than what you are doing. Izzy wouls jump on anyone that came in the room. she still doesn't it.
