Yes, Jordy (Talon) was neutered before he was offered for adoption. OKYR also had his ear infection treated and Zeus' foot operated on. They both really needed to gain weight (which Jordy had, thanks to his foster mom).
I am not familiar with puppy mills and auctions (but I'm learning
). I would really like to know how/why such a sweet, cute little dog wound up in an auction in this condition at only 1.5 years old?
