This is totally a GOOD question! I asked the same thing to my vet. Keeping their baby teeth will cause food to get stuck in between thus causing tar-tar build-up & eventually leading to gingivitis/peridontal disease & loss of tooth & the bad blood can travel into the heart & lungs & all the vital organs causing all sorts of serious diseases. Before I had Mimi's baby teeth removed, when brushing (important!) her teeth, I saw regularly food stuck between the teeth!
