Not to high-jack your thread, but I think you might find this interesting.

This post is not meant to bash PetMeds.com, just passing on info that was passed to me by my vet.

When Maggie May had her first vet visit I mentioned putting her on Revolution, since thats what her breeder used and recommended. My vet agreed that its a good product for the smaller breeds, but he did not carry it. I said I would just go ahead and set up an online acct PetMeds.com. He steered me away from PetMeds.com and instead recommended Dr's Foster and Smith website. His reason was that he has heard from too many different sources that PetMeds.com is not shipping a reliable product and that some of their products have been accused of being counterfeits. His story: One of his pharmaceutical reps came into his office one day with 3 pack of Frontline. He asked the Dr to look them over and pick which one was counterfeit. All 3 boxes were from PetMeds.com. My vet took a box of Frontline from his own shelf and used it to compare against the other 3. When he picked which one he thought was counterfeit, the rep informed him that all 3 were fakes. My vet said the only clue he got was 1 box had foreign writing on it. He was shocked to say the least.

Again, not bashing PetMeds, Frontline or anyone. Just passing on some info that might help some make a decision. A quick web search found that PetMeds has had and may still have several cases in litigation. This link has a little more info on counterfeits:

EPA Approved versus Foreign Flea Control

You want only US EPA approved flea med for your furbaby.
