Try to work on new trick to keep his interest.
Keep training session short, somewhere away from to much distraction.
After a short walk is a good time for training.
And try other treats...they get bord of it after a well. Something new that smell really good.
My dogs go nuts for the Zuke's Mini Natural peanut butter...
