Unfortunately .... your daughter is going to have to lear "Dog"
and NO! or UH! or No Bite! is going to have to be used if you're going to get anywhere with this pup

as far as the dominance training goes it's more of a perception than anything else
your pup is going to have to "perceive" that he depends on your daughter
Have your daughter like I said feed him
have her be the one to let him go outside
maybe have her take him for walks
also what is good
with you there to supervise
play an in and out the door game
but each time your pup goes in and out the door
your daughter has to go through first
also ...... sit on the couch with your daughter
call the pup and have him sit there in front of you
hug and kiss your daughter and THEN bend down and pet your pup

also.... with the other kids
they need to know
they cannot yell and tease your daughter in front of the pup
these are the things a young pup picks up on
