Some meds can and some can't.
Some companies will tell you if their drug can do this in the package insert.
I'm not sure about these two but it had been almost a week, so the Heartgard would've been processed already. Not sure on the Advantix because it stays on the skin. You may want to redue the blood panel in a few weeks without giving the Advantix but anytime a Yorkie has high liver enzymes, I think it is time for a bile acids test. This can be skewed by drugs though, so if you do it, maybe hold off on the Advantix for a few weeks before and the heartgard for a couple weeks before?
