I would get your daughter (the one getting nipped at) to come down on the floor and play with the pup like normal, and the moment the pup starts the biting and nipping, firmly say "NO" and pick the dog up for a few seconds. Then put the dog back down and if she goes right back to the nipping, repeat. Keep repeating until she finally does NOT bite your daughter and the first time when she's nice and plays normal with her, give a treat and praise! The pup should learn that when he's biting, he will not get a treat and will not get to play.

If that doesn't work, possibly try making your daughter just stand up and walk away every time the pup bites? Then she will learn that your daughter is not going to stay and play if she keeps behaving that way.
