Sounds like your little one is getting bored
He had you home with him for most of his life so far
Now he's got to keep himself occupied while you're at work
something dogs esp puppies aren't very good at
Puppy proof the area where you keep him
maybe try washable pee pads instead of the paper
and put lots of toys to keep him happy
