Snickers wears a XS perfectly in the set in velcro vest type. Snick is 3.4lbs and has a neck diameter of 6 inches, and a girth of 10 inches. This harness fits like a glove with still room for him to grow if he does since the velcro is adjustable. Xs in the step in is hard to find. Paid 27 bucks for it. Thank goodness my husband adores Snickers (even nore than me sometimes) and doesn't mind the $$. I want the LV dog carrier so bad, but that will never happen. LOL!!!
