Also, use measuring cups-- don't just fill up a bowl! Our eyes always play tricks on us when we try to go by appearance.

Right!! Feed amount for their ideal weight...not current weight. Carrots for snacks versus "treats".....schedule feeding times and stop free feeding. Lola was a chunky monkey but switched her to carrots vs treats and she lost the weight she needed to
