It does sound like she's in pain. It is normal to still be somewhat painful a couple days after surgery but it shouldn't be severe, especially with pain meds. Taking her temperature would be a good idea. You know your dog best and if you think she's acting very abnormal it's best to be safe and take her in. Hope everything is okay
