Thanks to all for responding and your opinions. We took our little ones to groom yesterday, and my cousin told me she has decided to keep Mia.
She is really going to try and make more time for her, she is going to try and cut back on her hours at work.
I don't know if I gave the impression before than she didn't care for her, but honestly that is the complete opposite, my cousin Loves Mia and that's why she wants the best for her. Hopefully things will work out and she can stay with her. My cousin does not have children and is unable to, so Mia is really like the child that she never had. This is why it was so difficult for her.
