Ugh. I'm watching Dr. Phil right now and I want to vomit.

I'm living in a house that's over a hundred years old because I can't work due to immigration and we needed a cheap place to live. We're living on my husband's income, trying to pay the astronomical heating bills because heat just leaks outta this place, fighting random bugs - lotsa ants - which thrills the cat, but not us lol...

This woman goes out... gets pregnant (knowing FULL WELL she could have 6 or more babies)... has EIGHT kids with already six at home - her mother is paying the rent, she's on food stamps and owes thousands of dollars in student loans.. ISN'T working... doesn't care to have a mate to help... and she gets a house which she managed to buy due to 'opportunities' that she's been offered - vague, no? - gets all this care for her kids that she shouldn't have had... and someone like myself can't even work to help pay the bills since I could be fined and deported if someone finds out. I don't have kids, I don't cause any social problems, I've never been arrested, I can't even go to school here because I can't get a student loan from here because I have no rights, and I can't get a loan from Canada to attend any school here. (I can't even volunteer at the dog shelter because if I get hurt I wouldn't be able to pay any bills...)

Argh. This pisses me off.
Sure, she has to deal with 14 kids for the rest of her life, fair enough. I wouldn't want to be her, but way to reward bad behaviour, Dr. Phil (and the rest of them.) Maybe I should go out and do something outrageously irresponsible and make sure the news knows so I can get some 'opportunities' in order to buy myself and my husband a new house.
