In my opinion is should be the incompitent doctor who made it possible for this woman to have 8 children who should be responsible for the bills of taking care of these babies. It is because of his lack of judgement that we are where we are with this case.....and it was not as if he wasn't warned about the situation and wasn't aware that she was not equiped to take on the task of more children...let alone 8 more. I truely feel sorry for the children as they have been thrust in the spotlight and such scrutiny and it is so not their fault.
