AKC recognizes many kennel clubs..CKC, if it is Canada, not Continental.
Many countries in the world..Canada, England, France, Brazil, Germany to name a few I have personal knowledge about..lots more..but within in USA they allow no registering unless parents are eligable for AKC..that means none I know about.
