Yes, thats exactly it, she prob pee's in the pillow/blanket and then it does not bother her. Mine did/does the same while we are at work and if he freaks and can't hold it (he has sep anxiety.) Try to keep the bedding to a minimum and that should help. Mine also would pee in his bedding and scoot it to the corner so he didn't have to deal with it, they are clever! Make sure the crate is the right size for her too, just so she can lay down, turn around, and stand up. I know you want her to be comfy, but just put a small washcloth or something lighter in there..nothing too thick. Good luck!!
