Lemonlauren has a lot of great ides. #6 is very helpful you need to use a leash!
Also use a word like pee pee or anything you like but everyone needs to use the same word. And ask do you need to go pee pee and take them out, don't talk to them only tell them to go pee, and use the same spot.
After they go then tell them how GOOD they are! and a "treat" after. I think the treat is the key (I go pee and I get a treat!)
I also agree with AprilLynn unless you can't take them outside I don't think pee pads are as good as going outside. Yorkies are still dogs and it's more natural outside.(please people don't get mad)
