Hello! It is normal for the eyes to open one at a time or both at the same time. It just really depends on each puppy. The eyes will stay a blue/black color for a little while and if you look at photos of little puppies you really can see it if you look close. They seem 100% to me, but of course if you are really worried you can always call your vet. If you see a lot of crusties on the eyelids or they look red and swollen then I would for sure call the vet. Good luck with your babies!
