i most definitely agree! he HAS to eat or he could become hypoglycemic!!
do you have any nutrical on hand?? if you give him just a little bit.. it will stimulate his appetite and make sure his blood sugar does not get too low!
yogurt or cottage cheese is good! also.. scrambled egg whites, baby carrots, white rice and white meat chicken.
you may want to try changing his diet... he may be a picky baby and not like what he is eating!? i have a picky one and one that will eat anything..

so.. maybe try a diet change?!
also.. i would have him checked by a vet.. a bile acid test or a full blood panel done.. he could have an underlying issue to why he doesn't want to eat... and some of what you describe could be liver issues. so, just to be safe.. i would pay your vet a visit!
