Its really hard to say but when you look at him his bottom teeth show as though he is smiling i have looked into his mouth and all his teeth look normal. so i dont know if this is a abnormalty with his jaw or his teeth. He is eating ok no problem there. the only way i can describe it is if you where to close your mouth and then stick your bottom teeth out over your top lip. sorry this sounds really silly but this is the only way i can describe it.
