Actually Nutri-cal has very little calcium. The 'cal' is Nutri-cal is for calories because it is a high calorie palatable dietary supplement. I like to give it to my mommas that are nursing too but I only do it twice a day. I usually buy the Doc Roy's Forti-cal from Revival since it is a bit cheaper and basically the same thing as the Nutri-cal.
