Good luck! I conduct a lot of interviews, and the best advice is to be yourself, don't appear nervous, and remember that every answer is an opportunity to sell yourself! Also, remember to smile. At the end of the day, most people hire the person they think would be the most enjoyable to work with if that candidate has similar credentials to other applicants.
Even simple questions like "tell me about yourself" are a chance to sell yourself. Never answer by saying, "well, I'm from this state and like basketball and..." Instead talk about your work experience and what you're looking for in a new position.
And don't forget to have questions to ask about the job or company itself.
Good luck!
