Look on Puppyfind.com and you will see where many of these dogs are coming from. Many of the Biewers listed are cheap, badly bred and are easily getting into the wrong hands. Many are splitters. About a year ago..there were only 3 to 4 pages of Biewer pups listed for sale. Today there are 13 pages.
