My own opinion is that she most likely is a Yorkie, though not to standard. She is a cute little girl, though, whether to standard or not. If you can't get past her appearance, however, the kind thing to do would be to find a home for her where she could be loved for who she is. Her behavior is a training issue that certainly could be resolved. Yorkies are terriers and can have a high energy level so they do need to get plenty of exercise though there are some that are more laid back. If she is your only dog, a lot of her behavior could be the result of too much pent-up energy. She would probably benefit from training classes and some play dates with other dogs so she could run off some of her energy. I have a couple of off-standard Yorkies that I got before I really knew the breed. Though I don't breed them, they are my babies and I wouldn't take the world for them. Every Yorkie, standard or not, is such a loving creature that it's impossible for me not to love them. Best of luck with your girl. She really looks to be a sweetie and I wish the best for her.
