I agree. It is very sad. I am not sure where they are getting them. That is why I was wondering if anyone knew the breeders/kennel. I think owners should have to prove they are worthy to breeders, to ensure the best placement of their babies. It helps break the cycle if animals are placed in good homes. JMO.
