I'm sort of confused.
You first posted on 2/3 saying you were looking for a small yorkie . . .now today you post and say you adopted a very large yorkie and then go on to say how unsightly her tail and her nipples are and how she is constantly all over the place. So I'm curious to know why you adopted her? She wasn't what you were looking for at all according to your first post. To me, it sounds like you dislike this poor little girl and that is truly sad!
IMHO I would first think about finding her a proper home with someone who will actually love her for who she is and what she looks like.
