I am a reality TV junkie too. And I don't know why...most of the shows are ridiculously silly.

There are only 3 I watch religiously: Real World, any Road Rules challenge, and Rock of Love.

I like Top Model, Bachelor/Bachelorette and Survivor, but I don't always watch them, just for lack of time. I find that if I manage to watch the first few episodes of the season, I will get hooked and watch the whole season, but if I miss the first few, I usually can't keep up with what's going on and don't bother.
