That's what I was thinking too. No offense, but if I'm being honest, it sounds like you can't stand the dog.

You are right however, she does NOT look like a purebred Yorkie to me. Although you can't discern that from size alone anymore. Because of the many irrepsonsible breeders trying to capitalize on the popularity of the breed, but not promoting breed standards, you see Yorkies with wieghts all over the scale these days.
In regards to her tail, pups have their tails docked at less than a week old. At this point, it would not be considered docking, it would be amputation and would require surgery. In any case, it's the breed standard for a Yorkie, and per your admission, you do not feel she is purebred, so there is no standard to adhere to. Why bother putting her through that?
As far as having her spayed, you can do that anytime and based on your decription, it would be the wise move to make, for more reasons that one.
I think that taking her to some classes might be a good idea, as others have mentioned.
