Belly bands are used to stop marking accidents but will not stop the behavior. If he is not neutered you should consider having this done and hopefully it is not too late to stop this behavior. I would suggest that you take him out more often and for shorter periods of time to pee. But marking and peeing are 2 totally different things which are ofter confused.
