Try to be calm and not get nervous, Tobie will pick up on that. That could be part of why he's still doing it. It'd be great if you could find someone with a boxer that would be willing to work with you to get him over his fear of them. Ceasar has a lot of great techniques to use for dogs with just this type of problem. Maybe you can get his book or one of his DVD's.
