I couldn't agree more! It seems like the responsible people are always getting the short end of the stick and having to pay for and clean up after those who are doing wrong and being irresponsible!
I love your statement that you are not looking for a handout, but looking for handouts to stop being given to those who do not deserve them! It's so frustrating and now it's even worse with the economy being what it is!
