It would not be safe to withhold food from a 5 month old Yorkie unless you are giving sugar (Nutrical, etc.).
If he isn't 100% better by tomorrow, he shouldn't get any vaccines.
Because he is so young, you may want to call the vet. Some vets want to see pups if they vomit even once. Are his gums pink?
