Your roommate sounds like a spoiled rotten child who has alway gotten his way either through whining or manipulation -- okay that may be a little strong.
You sound so upset and with good reason, hang in there two months will pass fast. With the weather improving you can spend more time away from your apartment with Prada and hopefully that will help.
I wish I was closer, I would volunteer to babysit Prada. If you want to bring her to Atlanta I will watch her for two months - I love dogs and I love Prada.
