I have been reading Ceaser Millan's books and I have found them to be really helpfull. I think that he is taking over in the leader of the pack role. You need to be more firm with him. I would really suggest reading his books. They can really help you. I had some of the same problems with my lab and I have been applying what he said in the book and I have been some major changes.
