I went from NB Duck/Potato and NV Venison to Wellness weight management with a small amount of Merrick Wilderness Blend and the stools have been looser but nothing for me to be concerned about. I will always keep them on the Wellness Weight Management since they are mainly house dogs and get inside exercise only. I may make a change from the Merrick to Blue's Organic in the next few months. ..........guess the answer to your question is that I don't think it is the wellness, I think it is the Merrick that has caused the stool change.
