I'm looking for a life vest for my 4 lb. Lola. I worry that the ones I have been looking at online, may only be made for fashion purposes and not actually provide safety on the water. I also would like to find a new-used one, and so hopefully wouldn't have to pay as much as on the internet. If you have any information, please let me know. Thanks so much!
