our mikey was doing the same thing he is about 3lbs i think he was barking at his own shadow .he was well socialized but still out of control afraid of everything so we got a trainer he said just by watching a lot of it was because we packed him everywhere and he was in control as soon as we went back to class with all the other dogs it soon became less and less .i now carry a set of loud keys that if he starts i throw them on the floor away from him and he stops . he now has to walk a lot more and it is almost come to a stop he is 2 years old hope its of some help
