aaawwww I just LOVE Phoebe!!!!! She's a doll!!! CONGRATS!!!! Sounds like you got "Tulip's" twin sister!!!! She only weighs about 3 lbs...and she's almost seven months old..and a spitfire too!! I just ADORE how spunky these little yorkies are....Don't you wonder how you ever lived without her???
