I've never ordered from anyone who made the item before I paid. What if the buyer changed their mind and didn't pay afterall? Then the seller would be stuck with a custom made item. I've ordered from all the main vendors on YT and always get my item some time after I've paid. Don't worry. Cynthia wouldn't scam anyone. She usually gets her stuff out within a few weeks, which is typical of most on here that custom make things
