I wouldn't trust this guy even if he IS a wuss.
Is there a lock on your door where you keep Prada? I would keep her locked up all day where he can't get at her. I wouldn't worry about the 'notice' until the complex comes and talks to you personally... especially if all the important spots were left incomplete....
