Are you looking in Waco? I know I saw an apartment complex that was advertising itself as "pet friendly". I think it was on Lakeshore. If I find out more, I'll let you know.
We do not live in an apt. complex, but our two almost never go outside. We do the whole potty pad thing and it works for us. I think your guys are already pad trained, right? Then, I don't think that will be much of a problem.
