You're very welcome. I think you will really like it. It may take 4-6 weeks to notice a big change. I used to have a lot of aches and pains, especially my left knee (Rheumatoid arthritis) but over the past month or so I am noticing I have almost no pain. My brother and his wife have been taking it also, for about a month, and told me yesterday after walking 3 hours at a semi-local trade days that they felt great...as they normally would have been limited due to their back and knee pain. There was about 2-3 days that they had to go without taking it because they ran out and my brother said all his aches and pains returned during those days...he couldn't wait to get more...LOL.
