I agree. It sounds to me like it's just your ( overly dramatic
) roommate wanting his own way. I wouldn't do anything until someone official from the complex confronts you about it. You already have a place for Prada should that happen , so I would just try and wait it out.
Then again , do you think your roommate would do anything to Prada? I don't mean to sound negative and alarming , It's just I don't know what kind of person he is ... would he just do little things like put up a notice to try and get his way or would he take it to another level? If you don't think he would harm Prada in anyway , I would just wait it out , but if your not sure maybe Prada would be best with your friend.
