Oh, yeah, mama is so out of it she doesnt realize she is nursing, haha, and unless I am seeing things, they are ALL girls. I thought we had a boy in the mix, but, no, and the one we lost was a girl, too. Does that ever happen?
With mama being so out of it, I was worried that they wouldnt be able to pee on their own, but they all had little puddles down there, so their little kidneys are working, yea!
I tried to wake Princess up with some yummy dog food (laced with pain meds) and she didnt even wiggle her nose. She's had a rough day, I'll cut her some slack.
I could never be a "real" breeder, first off, I panic too much and hubby would kill me, and second, this is a LOT of work, and too much can go wrong. I am so glad we had her spayed, and I am paying for at least one of my pups to be spayed as well. As far as them being free...the cost just went up to $75 says hubby, to help cover cost of tail dock, shots, and c- section. But they are all friends, so that wont be an issue. If it is, I need new friends.
