THATS TERRIBLE!!! Of course they would try to put the blame on you probably so they wont have to pay the vet bill! Even if your baby did have "knots" they should have told you from the get go. "im sorry we cant groom her becuase we dont know how to do that without "knicking" her" Meaning they shouldnt have touched her if they can't get a knot out without hurting the dog. Thats so crazy. AS SOON AS SHE GETS HOME TAKE PHOTOS!!! ALSO ASK THE VET FOR ANY PHOTOS OR AND GET SOME SORT OF DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOUNT FROM THE VET HOSPITAL. You never know if you may have to take these crazy people to court. GOOD LUCK HONEY!!!
