I feel so bad for your baby. It's so hard to find a good groomer. I for one will not take my babies all over town looking for one. They are not guinea pigs. I don't want someone learning, to touch my babies. I don't know what I will do. It's so hard to look at my Coco now. His ear is all black now. I'm so sorry for you and your baby. What the hell were they trying to do, slit her throat. Don't blame yourself they should know what they are doing. Might I add it's not cheap either!!! How matted could she have been for goodness sake. It's always the dogs fault never theirs. They told me that my guy "got feisty" on the table. I say bull s**t. Not my Coco.You could call a lawyer and just ask if you have a case. I say take pictures, make sure they have a date on them. If they don't hold up todays newspaper in the picture. It won't hurt to ask. Poor little thing. I know it kills you when they are hurt, especially for no reason. It's ridiculous.
