I can't even start on this......people are ignorant and want to stay that way, being ignorant is easier. I get this teacup thing all the time with Matise.
The breeder told me he was supposed to be 4-5 lbs. and that's what I wanted but he is only 3.3-3.5 lbs. and I am always stressed because he is so small. But of course I wouldn't trade him for the world and love him to pieces.
Another example My cocker was a full blooded, AKC registered, show quality tri color cocker spaniel. Later in her life the tan had sivered out so she looked more like a black and white. AND I got "that's the funniest lookin Dalmation I've ever seen" My reply used to be "you're the funniest lookin person I've ever seen" I mean I tried not to let it bother me but those things used to really upset me. Now when ignorance just goes a spewing I just walk away or completely ignore them all together, I am over it(stupid people).
