I am so sorry that happened, I can see why you would be mad, I would be furious. I know the groomer next to me told me not to ever cut any hair on mine when they have knots and it's close to their skin, she said they have a little tool to get those knots out and it doesn't hurt the dog, so, am wondering why your groomer wouldn't have one of those? Please give little Bella a kiss. that poor baby.
